Ingredients
Cilantro Yogurt Dip:
• 1.5 tbsp whole cumin seeds
• 1 cup cilantro leaves
• 1 small green chilli, sliced
• 3/4 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
• 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1 tbsp sugar
• Salt
• Freshly ground black pepper
Description
• Put cumin seeds in a small skillet and set over medium heat
• Toast, shaking the pan,until fragrant and browned
• When seeds start to pop, remove from heat, cool and grind to fine powder
• Put cilantro leaves and chilli in a food processor and process until coarsely chopped
• Transfer to mixing bowl, add yogurt, lemon juice, sugar, and 1/2 tbsp of finely ground cumin
• Stir well, season with salt, pepper, and sugar to taste; setaside
• Deep fry Ekhtiari chicken nuggets and serve with cilantro yogurt dip
